Steve Banovic - Our Charter Member Referral Contest, an 8 - Day Alaska Rifle Grizzly Bear Hunt, provided by Robert Hardy of Registered Guide & Outfitters, of Wasilla, Alaska, was won by Steve Banovic of Gilbert, AZ. With an approximate value of $10,500, the 8 day Alaska Rifle Grizzly Hunt was one of our more valuable hunt Give-Aways.

Steve won by a wide margin, with an impressive 177 signed-up referrals. We spoke to Steve shortly after the grand announcement and here is what he had to say:

“First off I cannot say thanks enough for this great opportunity for me to travel to Alaska. I really enjoyed each and every minute that I have spent referring members to MyDreamHunts.com. If I was to guess, I’d say that I have put in over 40 hours each week this past month on the phone, printing up flyers that I gave out and placed on vehicles at Sportsman's Warehouse, Cabela's, Bass Pro Shops, and many other hunting venues.”

Aside from going on your Dream Hunt in Alaska, what’s in the future for you Steve?

“Going forward I will make sure to post my hunting experience with the hunts I’ve won and will not give up referring new members to MyDreamHunts.com. If I could be so bold as to request another hunt I’d love to win, it would be a British Columbia or Alaskan Moose hunt in the near future, as this is one of the many hunts that I have really dreamed about. You will continue to see my name on your weekly referral winners list if I have anything to say about it !”

Steve truly put some thought into the plan to win this Hunt, and why not, for a month’s worth of effort he has won a trip that most of us might have to work years for.
