This is a great snowmobile trapline tour!
You will be guided through a working trapline with a professional trapper, in the remote Caribou Mountains, Northwestern Alberta. The trapline is 252 square miles (160,000 acres) of wilderness, including caribou, wild wood buffalo, lynx, marten, wolverine, and fox. Learn northern survival skills and tracking in a practical sense. Bring warm clothing, snowmobile helmet, personal hygiene effects, good boots and sleeping bag. Temperatures range from 40 below F to 40 above F, the terrain is hilly. Food and lodging provided; comfortable cabins. You may use your own snowmobile or we will arrange rental. Dates run from Nov. 15th - Feb. 15th. Trophy fishing lake by cabins. Fishing license available at no extra charge. There are 8 varieties of fish in the lake.
