We pride ourselves in building this business model with the highest level of professionalism and integrity. Dream Hunts, LLC consists of avid sportsmen with over 140 years of combined hunting, outfitting, business, legal and internet experience. We have assimilated a team of experts including promotions specialists, sweepstakes and contest attorneys, accounting expertise, database engineers and web designers to support this incredible opportunity for our Members, Participating Outfitters and Taxidermists. A tremendous amount of time and money has been and will continue to be spent to maintain this long-term opportunity for everyone involved.
2. How can anyone give away that many hunts?Answer
MyDreamHunts.com™ has worked out a very unique financial arrangement with our Participating Outfitters so they can share in a portion of our Advertising Revenues based on the value of the hunts they give away. This allows our Participating Outfitters the ability to recoup part of their “Hunt Give-Away” cost, while providing maximum exposure on our site. Under this unique arrangement, it is to the outfitter’s advantage to give away as many of their un-booked hunts as possible.

As a Member of MyDreamHunts.com™, you are not only automatically entered for a chance to win our “Daily Hunt Give-Aways” for each day that you log into the MyDreamHunts.com website, but you also receive many other valuable benefits and opportunities. 4. How many hunts will you give away in a year’s time?Answer
We will give away a minimum of 365 Daily Sweepstakes Hunts and 52 weekly Referral Contest hunts. From time to time, we will have special contests to give away other hunts.

Members have access to a Hunt Swap page that allows them the ability to swap the hunts they have won, if they prefer not to go on, or are unable to schedule, that particular hunt.
8. What are my chances of winning?Answer
Your chances of winning each day depends on the number of individuals that are entered into that day’s contest by logging into the MyDreamHunts.com website. Because our membership numbers are continually growing, the number of Participating Outfitters giving away hunts is continually growing, and the number of Members who log into the MyDreamHunts.com website each day will be different, it is not possible in advance to calculate the chances of winning each hunt.
9. Do I have to pay taxes on my winnings?Answer
If you are a US citizen, you will be required to pay taxes on the value of the hunt. It will be the Participating Outfitter’s responsibility to provide you with the required IRS Form 1099 that you will need for earnings documentation.
10. How do I cancel my Membership?Answer
Canceling your membership is as easy as joining. Just go to your personal account page and click the “Cancel Membership” button.
11. What if I have more questions before joining?Answer
If your questions are not answered on this page, please click on the Contact Us link at the bottom of any page of our website. E-mail us your questions and someone will get back to you as quickly as possible.
12. What if I currently use an outfitter or taxidermist that is not on your list?Answer
We offer our Participating Outfitters and Taxidermists many benefits. If you do not see your favorite outfitter or taxidermist on our list, please give them a call or drop them a note to send them to our website.
13. How are your drawings performed?Answer
Our Daily Hunt Give-Aways are drawings that are performed by a computerized, pseudo random number generator, based on the number of Members who log into the MyDreamHunts.com website on any given day. This is the most widely used legal drawing process in the sweepstakes world.
14. Why don’t you have your phone number on the website?Answer
It is very important for us to keep our expenses as low as possible, to provide you with s FREE membership. In order to do so, we must maintain contact with our Members through e-mail. This allows us to keep our staff numbers lower and your Membership FREE.
15. How do I know that all drawings and contests will be fair?Answer
MyDreamHunts.com™ uses one of the top law firms in the country that specializes in sweepstakes, contest and promotion law. We strictly abide by the rules and guidelines of each state and province that we offer our memberships in. Employees and directors of the Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, individuals or entities responsible for the development, printing, distribution and implementation of this promotion, and persons who are employees of or members of the immediate family (parents, siblings, children & spouse) are all excluded from entering the sweepstakes drawings and contests. I know, you guys must feel really sorry for us!
16. Can I win more than one hunt per year?Answer
Absolutely! There is no limited to the number of hunts you can win as a Member.
17. What do the Founding and Charter icons mean?Answer
These are the Outfitters and Taxidermists that joined us in our pre-launch period (before midnight on July 17, 2009) and Members that joined before November 1, 2009, and were an integral part of the beta testing and launching of our website.
18. How old do you have to be to register as a Member?Answer
You must be 13 years of age or older, to register as a Member or participate in our Daily Hunt Give-Aways and contests.
19. Why are there certain restrictions for some states and provinces?Answer
Every state and province has different laws governing sweepstakes and contests. Florida and New York require registration and bonding of sweepstakes prizes over $5,000. This is a 30-day process and is too laborious for our daily give-aways. We offer most of our hunts over $5,000 in our contests but occasionally will have some in the Daily Hunt Give-Aways. On those days when a Daily Give-Away sweepstakes hunt is valued over $5,000, the official rules will specifically exclude the Florida and New York residents.
20. How do I go about getting my discounts with an outfitter or taxidermist?Answer
All you need to do is contact a Participating Outfitter or Taxidermist and let them know that you are a Member of MyDreamHunts.com™. They will have the ability to check your member status, if they desire.
21. Can I have more than one membership in my name?Answer
To keep our daily drawings and contests fair for all members we prohibit any one person from maintaining more than one account at MyDreamHunts.com™. That means there may only be one membership per individual, which will be registered with one e-mail address. Any attempt at registering more than one account using multiple e-mail addresses will result in membership cancellation(s).
22. How is my information tracked?Answer
Your e-mail address is your ID and will be used for all tracking purposes. It can be changed at any time by you and it is your responsibility to keep a current e-mail address on file with us.
23. What do I have to do to enter the Daily Hunt Give-Away sweepstakes and the contests?Answer
As Member you are automatically entered into our Daily Hunt Give-Away sweepstakes once for each day that you log into the MyDreamHunts.com website. For the contests, you will have to perform certain activities. For the Referral Contest, you will have to refer people to our website to become Members.
24. How do I know if I win a hunt?Answer
As soon as a hunt is given away, the database system sends an e-mail to the winner and to the outfitter that gave the hunt away. Each of you will receive each other’s contact information. It is your responsibility to contact the outfitter to make the arrangements for your hunt. The current day and previous day’s winner will always be posted on the home-page. You will also be able to go to the Give-Aways tab on the menu bar to see the complete list of winners.
25. How can I find out more about the hunts that are to be given away?Answer
The list of available hunts are posted on the website. For the Daily Hunt Give-Away, you may click on the Featured Hunt listing link below the home page picture to go to the Featured Hunt Page for that particular hunt. From there you can go to the Participating Outfitter’s Profile Page to learn more about the outfitter giving away the hunt.

27. How do I start referring my friends?Answer
Just register as a member, log-in and go to the My Account button in the top, left-hand corner of the Home Page, and select Referral Manager from the drop down menu. Put in your friend’s names and e-mail addresses and hit Send. The system will automatically send your friends a personalized note from you. At the bottom of that same page, the Referral Manager will provide you with the complete list of who you sent to and when they signed up. As with all e-mail systems, there is a chance that our e-mails may not be delivered to or opened by your friends. So, you may want to follow up with a phone call, just to be sure!
28. Is the Referral Program a Multi-Level Marketing concept?Answer
No, the Referral Program is not a networking or multi-level structure, just a straight forward referral program for the Members. We just like rewarding those that are interested in sharing our exciting opportunity with the chance to win a great trip through the Weekly Referral Contest.
29. How am I guaranteed that my referrals will be credited to my account?Answer
The only time we can guarantee that you are credited is when you use our Referral Manager. You may use word of mouth or other means to send your friends and buddies to the site but you must make sure that they correctly enter the e-mail address that you registered with on the registration page at the time that they join in order to get proper credit.
30. Can’t I just send my friends to the website?Answer
Yes you may, but if you want credit for that referral toward the Referral Contests, they must put the e-mail address you are registered with in the proper field on the registration page at the time that they register. That is the only way you will be assured of getting credit for the referral.
31. How do I know my referral e-mails are delivered?Answer
We have no way of knowing if all of your referral e-mails are delivered. How each individual and their service provider have their Spam filters set has a lot to do with the deliverability of those e-mails. An e-mail could go in your friend’s junk e-mail box and they might never see it. If you are serious about making sure your friends hear about MyDreamHunts.com™, give them a call to see if they received your referral e-mail.
